Remove the ice of your Fridge

I highly recommend the following way to remove the ice of your fridget :
- remove all food from your fridge
- add a plate full of hot water in it
- wait 15 minutes
- remove the huge blocks of ice!

I had this experience some weeks ago. Same idea, when I could not open my fridge anymore.
I saw that the coverage of the fridge is made of aluminium :) .. then I remembered physics from school and university and I remembered that metals transport head, they actuate like a heat conductor. So I thought that I have to put something warm into contact with the metallic ground. So I did. I first used a plate with warm water.

After a while I saw that it seems to work. I cooked water and put it into the fridget with 2 plates. After 10 minutes
or less I could remove huge blocks of ice!

The ice started to melt a little between the the ice and the metallic ground. It formed something like a microfilm of water
that allowed me to remove the ice very very easily.

If you search a little on the web, you can find the same solution .. I did not, I was surprised having had the same idea :)

For those that are interested, here is a World map of the worldwide Nuclear plants :

Looks interesting, because most of them you have concentrated in Europe and the East coast of the US in a much bigger intensity than you have them in Japan.

Lets hope nothing will ever happen, but as you see, Japan can happen everywhere anytime.

The facebook phenomen

It is incredible what I can see around the world, especially here in latolin america.

No matter where you look or go, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Venezuela etc. etc., you always see the people with Facbook.

In the bars with their labtops chatting with friends on Facebook. You see the cashier using facebook, yes even when I crossed recently the border from Argentina to Chile I saw the officer from the passport control using facebook (maybe he was searching for my profile, lol).
Today i saw here in Montevideo two police officers in their parked car sitting in front of their labtop using Facebook. It is just incredible!

In Argentina you see facebook every where. I think it has already a common usage similar to the ordinary email. No matter where you ar you see the small Facebook icon on small advertisements, even on public places you can find a “Find us in Facebook”!

Facebook is a phenomen that looks like it is becomming more relevant than ordinary email.

Whats next after the Earthquake, Tsunami and Fukushima in Japan?

So, whats comes next aftetr the Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan? Well, looking at the world and the last BIG earthquake let me come up with the following thought :
Where will be the next big one?
Honestly I think the last 3 big ones are connected with each other due to en huge contraction in the pacific plate.

First we had the Earthquake in Chile with a magnitude of 8.8 . After this one we had the earthquake in New Zealand with 6.3 .

So, my point is after japan, which is a third point of a this quader. Now there is a forth point missing.
This forth point directely to California.
My guess is that we are pretty close to a huge contraccion on the californian cost. Of course, noone knows exactly when
it will happen, but we all know that it will happen. This fact and the fact of the last 3 big quakes over the last year points to that it will happen rather sooner than later.

justin.tv – una revolucion que cambia la TV

Todos conocemos Joost – video on demand -  conocemos Zattoo – streaming de TV, pero justin.tv es diferente. Es un Live Youtube donde cada uno puede hacer un streaming de lo que le da la gana, crear su porpia emisora de television! Es diferente, hace unos 2 meses pense en la misma idea, que no seria mal si gente pueden montar su propia emisora hasta un livestreaming de su propia tarjeta de TV – un streaming a una web que convierte el stream en un Flashstreaming :-) . Internet es una revolucion y apenas esta empezando.

justin.tv es una verdadera emisora de TV social, una web social donde cada uno puede ser su propio canal, no como youtube donde los videos solamente estan grabados. Ademas se encuentra con un chat en directo al lado de la pantallita flash! Vi ayer el partido de futobol turkia : croacia en justin.tv, despues vi unas peliculas gente ponian como soy Leyenda etc.. A ver donde eso termina, seguro que eso a las emisoras no les gusta nada de nada, menos a Hollywood.

Un amigo me acabo de mandar un articulo en aleman, explicando como muchas veces se ejecuta projectos y las dificultades de realmente producir lo que un cliente desea. Aqui la historia en imagenes :

En Lima

Tuve la opportunidad de viajar y disfrutar un par de dias a Lima en la casa de un amigo que conozco desde España.
Desde alli hemos hecho algunas excursiones cerca de la cuidad como a una de las ciudades mas antiguas del mundo, Caral.
Toda la costa del Peru parece un desierto, pues no parece, es un desierto. En Lima por ejemplo nunca llueve, pero siempre
esta nublado. Por la falta de lluvia todo parece bastante sucio por el polpo del desierto y de la contaminacion de la ciudad.

La gente son muy amables y en general me gusto, parece un pais bonito y merece la pena verlo.

CampusAnuncios en los medios

El otro día me llamaron de TVE y de Telecinco, sobre un reportaje para hacerme una entrevista sobre los anunicos curiosos
en nuestro portal. La web es considerada como uno de las más importantes en España. Trataba de anuncios curiosos
de alquiler de habitaciones a gays o de alquilar de habitaciones por cambio de sexo. Parece que esa temática levanta
bastante curiosidad en los medios. Estos anuncios son “normales”, al menso aparecen y los hay en casi todos los portales
de clasificados. El fin de semana la web salio en un reportaje en el canal Cuarto, no es la primera vez que nos pasa eso.
Lo vi yo mismo en Telecinco y Antena3 ya, por partes etc. en un reportaje sobre matrimonios de convivencia.
A ver que pasa, al menos veo que mi web se menciona en los medios importantes en España! Gracias!
