My name is Markus and I am a serial entrepreneur who has successfully transposed and adapted and developed business ideas for the internet and new tecnologies.
Currently I am SEO and Innovation leader and avisor of OLX, Inc. OLX is the next generation of free online classifieds and auctions providing a more local service on a global level. I am also Advisor of Drainware Systems S.L., a content filter and security firm located in Madrid, Spain.
Prior to entering in OLX, I was the Founder & CEO New IPs S.L.. New IPs is the #3 worldwide leader in audience in the sector of online classifieds, right beyond Craigslist and Ebay Classifieds with 45 million unique visitors a month.
Until founding New IPs I worked during my studies of Electrical Engineering and Information Tecnology in the Research Center of DaimerlerChrysler in Ulm, Germany, on new methods for high speed datatransfer in vehicles.
I hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Applied Science of Ulm and a MSc. in Information Tecnology from the University of Applied Sciences of Mannheim.
